During the summer of 2024 leading up to the US presidential election, I am focusing this newsletter on the very real threat of a second Donald Trump administration that has been granted absolute immunity by the Supreme Court and has been armed with a blueprint for Christian Nationalist autocracy by the Heritage Foundation.
I also have a plan to publish more personal updates and posts about public policy issues that touch on my interests and scholarly background in education and labor law. That will continue beyond the election cycle.
